when I log in with correct password, I get "Sorry, your login attempt failed. Please try again"

If I try to reset password, I get "ForgotPassword LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled"

the forgot password function does not work.

yuo need to conact the mods directly with the request

In your message include:
- account email address , pin number if possible
- PM phone number
- explanation of what is happening or a link to this thread
- if its a porting issue include your sim number, old account name and account number
