    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently ported my number to PM from Telus (3 years ago I had moved from fido to Telus). Now voice mail on my iPhone XR stopped working (it’s stuck at the Visual Voicemail screen, which PM doesn’t support).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have gone through every possible way to deal with this issue with no luck (including opening a ticket with PM, second tier technical support with a Tech. from Telus, calling Apple and speaking with a senior CSA, I even went as far as factory resetting my iPhone).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;reading through previous posts on this topic, it seems this issue has no solution as both Apple and PM blame each other for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any update on this issue would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/81074"&gt;@lacrosse&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;yes, there is no Visual voicemail with PM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But what was the exact issue?&amp;nbsp; It does not show you the proper message notification badge?&amp;nbsp; if so, try update to the latest iOS,&amp;nbsp; it fixed the badge issue for some members&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you softech for your response - yes it doesn’t show me any notification for new voicemails (red dot on the voicemail tab) and my phone has the latest apple update. The voicemail screen is stuck on visual voicemail and there is no way to switch to standard voicemail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
