You seem to be misunderstanding the service. You pay for a 30 day plan. When you don't pay to renew then the service stops. A pay as you go service would otherwise just keep going until you run out of balance and you would then need to add money. That's not this service.

You've been adding money at odd times that happen to be able to renew the plan and then the services works for 30 days. Then it stops if there wasn't enough money to pay for another renewal.

How have you been adding vouchers in the past? 611 or logging in to the account?

Not received what service? Can you call out? In? Use cell data (not wifi)?

You don't really add time here. Vouchers add money that would be used for buying add-ons or doing renewals. It's a 30 day plan. It's not pay as you go.

Did you bring your number over from a previous provider? Can you call out? If so what number does it look like at the other end (if you don't hide your number)?

Adding - I don't think we're at a solution yet. You can change that if you like.

And I have paid for last three months with confirmed

So this is why I have no service

It would be useful if you could log in to your account to see how it all looks. You would see your plan, the amounts due, the 30 days dates, your payment history etc. When did you sign up here? If after last July then you will have made an account at that time. It needs an email address to log in that you would have given.

One way or another, if you want calling and SMS texting back and any cell data you do while out and about then you're going to have to pay again for another 30 days.

Or just use a voip app while connected to wifi and you can talk and text all you want without paying for a cell service. At the cost of mobile use out and about until you find wifi again.
