Can I port my number from public mobile to a different carrier without it cancelling my plan? I need this number but with a different carrier. I already have the other carrier phone. I use this number for business and business is now with me travelling and I can't use this service for that! But I want to keep this service running on the same plan with my loyalty and I just paid again 3 days ago but I need this number moved... How can I do it with getting a new number with public but keeping my old one to port! My only resolution is this... You give me a new number on here then open some temporary account number and physically enter my current number to it! Which will allow me to port old number to other carrier thus automatically closing temporary account. Is this possible!

Unfortunately no, there is no way to keep your account when you port out. Your account will automatically get deleted when you port out.

PM doesn't offer refunds as it is a pre-paid service.

Figures I figured. I don't want a refund either. I'm going to just keep this running too. I can just forward this number to my other when in roaming...

Yes the number I am forwarding my p.m. number is to another local number but I will be taking my local cell phone with me out of the country this should work as it still calling a local number the long-distance will be billed to my new number correct

In theory you will only need 1 cell phone. Once you have set forwarding from PM to new number, try swapping the sims and have someone call your PM number.
