    <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you on the $15 plan? Maybe you've used all your minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There have been a lot of calling issues of late though with the device-selective roll out of volte here since late February. If you phone is 5G compatible then set the networks to LTE as suggested. You could test 3G as well in case there's some kind of network outage in your area.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
