    <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe there's an outage in the area. Do you know anybody in the area with either Telus/Koodo/Public or Bell/Virgin/Lucky to see if they're having any trouble?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check all accounts to make sure they're active and that they have data remaining. Click on the little spinner refresh icons lower down or use incognito mode.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/230402"&gt;@bps1980&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;which city and province you are at?&amp;nbsp; Since you have this issue with 3 account , could really be a local network issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try this as a workaround for now, change your Preferred network type or network mode to 3G only ( or WCDMA only)! and see if it works.&amp;nbsp; Or try your phone in another area&lt;/P&gt;</description>
