      <title>Mobile data not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have mobile data set to on but I cannot get a connection and I have plenty of data left.&amp;nbsp; Is there another setting I need to set?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/119772"&gt;@martik777&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you are good you found the APN settings in the end&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you have an iPhone or Android?&amp;nbsp; Was your phone used on PC Mobile before??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to click &lt;STRONG&gt;Reset All Networks&lt;/STRONG&gt; and see if data starts working again.&amp;nbsp; (Please note Reset all networks will delete your saved Wifi connections as well and you will just need to re-join them)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Android.&amp;nbsp; No go&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I turned off wifi and enabled mobile but still no connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nevermind, it took a 1/2 minute and stated working and I see IP/DNS addresses now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also swapped my sim to another phone before and the mobile data worked right away.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
