@lvenedam did you join after Jan 2021? if so, you are on the new Public Points rewards. You cumulate points and redeem for bill credit when you are ready, 15 points for $15 bill credit. Or you can redeem add-ons if you like. Check My rewards site for your current points

@lvenedam login to My Rewards site and go to the redeem page and pick $15 bill credit frrom the list of rewards
