I am sure iPhone 11 will work with PM particularly if it is Canadian edition.

Friend should use COMPUTER and not phone to set up PM account and activate SIM.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

I have a friend who has an iphone 11 and she is trying to register it and she is having problems. She seems to think that she can't use an iphone 11 on Public Mobile. Since you can bring your own phone, can you bring an iphone 11?

@dianedavies, your friend may need to get the phone j locked if it’s come from another provider. If it came from Telus or Koodo, unlocking will not be an issue.
