    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/86578"&gt;@robinbird&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So when you turn of 'automatic' network selection, can you not choose to manually connect to 4G/LTE?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It should be an option to select... i might think.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If iPhone, it might be under Cellular&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":right_arrow:"&gt;➡️&lt;/span&gt; Cellular Data Options&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":right_arrow:"&gt;➡️&lt;/span&gt;Voice &amp;amp; Data.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Mine displays 5G On, 5G Auto, and LTE on my device (granted, it's not the one with PM service)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Android is under Connections&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":right_arrow:"&gt;➡️&lt;/span&gt;Mobile networks&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":right_arrow:"&gt;➡️&lt;/span&gt;Network mode (it's the one with PM service)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m so frustrated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I’m not getting any incoming calls at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First, I couldn’t make outgoing calls, that was resolved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I still can’t make International calls to USA, despite, having minutes etc..,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and now I’m not getting any incoming calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/86578"&gt;@robinbird&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, maybe your calling function is affected by VoLTE related problems.&amp;nbsp; Try switching preferred network type to 3G.&amp;nbsp; That might help for phone calls.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Then can you leave it just on 4G/LTE? (which should include being able to do any necessary switchdowns)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There's no 5G here so there's no point in the phone trying to get something that it can't.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
