nope. Promo's are usually aimed at getting new customers.

Currently there are no promotions from PM for plan change. In most cases promos are feared toward New customers.

@ali_Salman , what plan are you currently on? The available plans within the online account is much more diverse than what is shown in the plan pages on the website.
