      <title>Calls getting dropped</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My calls keep getting dropped and other people can't call me. When I try calling a valid number, it says "6UM1 the number you have reached is not in service". Other times, when I call someone, the call immediately cancels and it's the same when they try to call me. 1/3 of the times, my calls go through successfully.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I restarted my phone, tried my sim card on another phone and my calls keep getting dropped. I switched from LTE to 3G for calls and it doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It’s sometimes due to a system overload, sometimes it isn’t. Are you able to try your public mobile Sim card in another device for a while to see if the problem persists?
