      <description>&lt;P&gt;Plan has to be active in order to change it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So you have to reactivate whatever plan you have and then (if you have extra $$$) change plan Now or schedule plan change on next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
