      <description>&lt;P&gt;Indeed&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/247415"&gt;@georgiamouse02&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, it's been said that if one does not log into their self-serve account at least every 90 days, that access needs to be 'reset' with the Customer Support Agents before one can access it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kinda a funny thing, however it appears to be valid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps request your brother set a reminder every 85 days to log in just to avoid the inconvenience.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try calling 611 from his phone. Do you know the login credentials? If so and his service is active try logging in using a laptop or desktop computer&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
