Use &lt;STRONG&gt;computer&lt;/STRONG&gt; and not phone to log in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unless YOU changed rewards to points, all rewards have to be there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Loyalty rewards dissapeared</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I had loyalty rewards for 2+ years. I had to update my credit card details after it being cloned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then my reward for loyalty is now 0$.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to fix it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have four accounts in our family and for one of the accounts the loyalties got messed up after the March billing. That being said, even though the loyalties are NOT reporting correctly... they did get APPLIED correctly on our April billing??? Very strange! Our May billing is in two days... so I am watching what happens again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here was my last message from PM support on Mar 29.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;"I have just checked the ticket status and it's still under investigation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;EM&gt;It seems this issue is more complicated in the back-end then it appears for us.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Unfortunately, it might take some more time until we have a fix."&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
