Yes.

Public Mobile uses the Telus network. It is compatible with any unlocked phone which is compatible with Telus/Koodo/Bell/Virgin/Lucky/Rogers/Fido/Chatr radio frequencies/bands and which has a physical SIM card slot.

Yes, presuming the device is not blacklisted nor of a build which is not intended for use in the North American market.

if you wanna be sure, find someone with public mobile service and insert their SIM card to test it.

Yes, the PM SIM comes in a 3 in 1 size. Nano, micro and standard sizes, just have to remove the spacer to fit.

LTE depends if your phone is compatible on 4G/LTE.
