I bought the US roaming addon but I have no phone or text service. Help!!

Are you in the states? Whereabouts? Make sure your network setting is on automatic or scan for T-Mobile. Text should be able to work depending on where you are. As for all providers though you need to be in their coverage area.

Do you see the add on in your self service account? Do you know if your line has VoLTE service yet?

Try to reboot your phone

Connect to T mobile service. For talk try to connect to 2G network (if not VoLTE).
