Anyone having issues sending text messages?

I woke up this morning being unable to send text messages. I have been unable to test receiving messages.

I am also still able to make and receive phone calls so it seems like only text messaging is affecting.

I've done some research and it seems like telus customers are having the same issue. Just looking for some clarification and peace of mind that eventually this will be fixed and i don't need to reset my phone.

Just tested and SMS is working between 2 public mobile phones

Just tested text from PM to Rogers, and Rogers to PM. Seems to be worked normally.

@imrwonder2 sorry to hear of that. I exchanged a few texts successfully early this morning and didn't notice anything unusual. What kind of phone are you using?

Everything is working fine now for me as well. I am using a nexus 6P running android 7.0

I think it was just a little maintenance but everything is fine now.

I had one or two fail yesterday but was able to get them to send on the second try.
