      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since past couple of weeks, I am not able to contact most of the numbers. It says "6UC2 the number you have reached is not in service" with three beeps at the end even for active numbers.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
