Which model number of WHP do you have? Someone that hasn't been here in a while is using something similar. Maybe they have an idea or their experience. @CountyDownIeUk

I have I think a WF721 or something like that but I'd have to dig it all out and remove my sim and all. So we'll see if that user shows up some time before I go to that extent.

Try dialing *43# and see what happens in the meantime.

@owen71 do you have.call waiting tone at all or you can not switch the call over?

which cordless phone you use? Panasonic? are you using the Bluetooth connection or you put in the sim card in those ATA box?? You tried to put the PM sim back to a phone??

Can you try a corded handset? What model of the Panasonic? Maybe there's a setting in there. I seem to remember needing to press Flash briefly.

@owen71 does your Panasonic phone has a call Waiting button and you used that to pick up call waiting? or you use the flash button . Try both

and better, take the sim and test on a cell phone

But if you're saying it's intermittent then I would be looking at the phone. When you tried the corded phone and pressed Talk or Flash or a specific button or even briefly held down the plungers on a really old phone...does it work?

@owen71 start with testing the PM sim in a phone first,that can confirm if it is a PM issue or the ZTE box

Also, you can try to disable Call waiting on the ZTE box , wait 15 mins, reboot the box, enable CW back and test

If you dial #43# and test do you get no tone? Then dial *43# and test does the tone happen? How's the reception or bars?

Can you try the sim in a newer cellphone? The WHP says it's volte capable but I wonder if something is being lost in translation. I wonder if volte would show up on a newer cellphone.
