Which plan are you on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There have been talk issues recently with the VoLTE roll out. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other troubleshooting advice:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to manually select with 3G Network or LTE network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Network reset of phone (this will erase Wifi password settings)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Toggle airplane mode on, then off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try the SMI card in another working phone. To help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If PM service problem, then you will need to contact customer service agent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Outgoing calls would work even if the number porting failed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
