      <title>US Roaming not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Last week I paid for United States Roaming on my phone, 15.00.&amp;nbsp; It did not work.&amp;nbsp; I used the chat box and did not the following:&amp;nbsp; I turned my phone on and off, It did not work.&amp;nbsp; I turned my roaming on and it did not work.&amp;nbsp; And I changed my ISPN number and it did not work.&amp;nbsp; I tried to problem solve but could not get the roaming to work.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you check my account you will see that nothing was used.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I was frustrated because I could have used the phone a few times without WIFI&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the curiosity of the regulars here, where in the states were you intending to use roaming? Texting should have worked for a start. But yes it's all moot now if you're back home. We might have been able to help you if you had asked here while you were away.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM will have T-mobile 2G network for US talk. Try to manually connect to T-mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Roaming is for Data only. Voice and SMS text will still work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Data will work on LTE, but will switch over to 2G to make a call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, the quality of service will vary depending on the different coverage areas when roaming in the USA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
