Hello,

I want to change my legacy plan to another plan. I was not able to do it online. I tried to call but could speak to anyone after waiting for 1 hour.

My phone number is 438-xxx-xxxx.

Thanks

@mseebun, before pulling the trigger, be mindful that the new plans don't include the support that is available to legacy plans. Everything is online, moderator team can only be accessed via private message. To some this is a deal breaker. To many, this is a good thing. No one size fits all.

This was to make sure that the customer completely understands that they are loosing the phone support as indicated by @will13am.

Has that policy changed recently?

I could be wrong though. I am not sure if that was even the policy. If mods have capability to switch, they can also alert about the support before switching.
