SIM card invalid

SIM card invalid. New sim but won’t register on iPhone.
airplane mode and phone switched on and off.
SIM card reinstalled several times. Need a ticket for help

spent over 2 weeks messing with this

Do you have another working sim card to try?

Make sure your iPhone is clean not in blacklist:

Is your phone showing an error messaging indicating that the carrier isn't supported? That would mean that your phone is locked and you would need to contact your old carrier to get it unlocked berfore using it at Public Mobile.

What is the make and model of your phone? Is it a model older than 2017?
How long have you had the phone?

SIM card works but u still have not provided service. I guess I will go with another provider. Spent 3 hrs. Two days in a row with u and no success, is this a scam?

Rogers was contacted and unlocked the phone
