      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/286242"&gt;@bahatimihigo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you have problem or you were asking for how ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you going from Koodo Prepaid or Koodo Postpaid?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Prepaid, you will have to get a temporary phone number first and then request porting after the account is activated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Postpaid, you can request porting during activation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you already requested porting but have trouble , I can send you the number to porting support team to ask for status update and assistance.&amp;nbsp; Please check your Community inbox for the phone number&lt;/P&gt;</description>
