Ensure you have your PM sim in your phone to receive the port out text from PM&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;and your plan is active unless porting to Telus or Koodo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
