I referred a friend who stayed with public mobile for 4 months. However, I stopped getting the rewards after 4 months.

HI @nk6 ask your friend if he is still with Public Mobile

Also, if it missed a payment, and happened to be around your renewal, it might be why you don't get it. But if it pay again, then you will get the rewards again

and you are on old rewards or new Public Points.? If old, login to My Rewards and check if his number is still showing up

When the referral leaves then the reward stops.

@nk6 Did your friend leave PM after 4 months? If so then yes you'll stop receiving rewards when they've left.

If your friend’s account is suspended or ported out of PM…you won’t receive the reward. Check with them.
