I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G.

Trying to Access WI-FI Calling feature, but no luck.. Does not come up anywhere.

Is it My phone or Plan?

Public Mobile doesn't support Wifi Calling and it will be a long time, if ever that they do support it.

@waynecole sorry, no Wifi Calling

for now, PM just rolling out VoLTE.

PM is a no-frills provider and usually will only provider the minimum features. I highly doubt they will introduce Wifi calling. If this is a much needed feature for you, you might want to check with Koodo or Telus instead
