Maintenance time

Can someone please tell me when the maintenance is gonna be done by for today? I tried messaging CS_Agent but that account profile hasn't been online since last year. I unable to pay for my phone plan because of this maintenance going on so I need to know when it is gonna be done by. So someone please tell me.

Is the payment system down ?

My parents got a new card and I tried to change it on their account. Account was suspended as of this morning. Figured the card was the issue.

Theres also an outage with their internet home phone provider right now so they have no phone at all. Double whammy i guess

No the payment system was not down, just the website was under a unannounced maintenance. You may need to make a support ticket if your parents account was suspended.
