    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/286043"&gt;@jordanfaulkner&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;did you just join PM and requested to port the number into PM?? if so, can you double check to confirm if you are receiving incoming calls?&amp;nbsp; If no incoming calls and text, it would be a stuck port, the port was not completed.&amp;nbsp; Let us know, there is a number to call to sort it out&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have been with PM for some time and just having text issue today, then try to clear message cache and try changing the Preferred network type to 3G&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/286043"&gt;@jordanfaulkner&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;There are some really good suggestions by&amp;nbsp;@softech! Another thing you can try is removing the SIM from your phone. I have had this happen to me in the past with a different service provider, all my texts and calls would send but I couldn't receive anything. If this does fix it &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;and&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; the problem returns, you may want to look at replacing your SIM card as a potential fix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
