      <title>Wifes Account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, we are trying to change the credit card information on our accounts.&amp;nbsp; The problem is my wifes email on her account is unknown I have already corrected the information under my name.&amp;nbsp; We can not log into the account to change the payment information.&amp;nbsp; Is there a store location in Windsor ontario.&amp;nbsp; Or a person we can discuss getting her the access she needs to change the credit card information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The card is going to expire and the autopay will no longer work.&amp;nbsp; It has been extremely difficult process not being able to speak to someone to resolve this issue, we are almost at the point of cancelling our accounts and moving to another carrier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Logging in with a mobile device will return an error message. Try again on a PC and send the 2FA code via SMS text message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternatively purchase a pm voucher to pay for the next renewal via 611 for your wife's phone or call 1 855 4PUBLIC from your phone and enter her 10 digit phone number to top up if it's imminent and then contact customer support to change the email.&amp;nbsp; If you know her 4 digit account pin # you can probably still top up via the 611 system with the card on file.
