I have a new phone. Is there a way to get the text messages from my old phone without my old sim card?

Do you still have the old phone? If so then yes. If not then did you do any backups of your phone anywhere? If so then yes. If not then no. Text messages are almost always stored in the app on the phone, rarely on the sim.

hi @CallaFarn maybe some Cloud backup has it?

As to PM, sorry, they don't keep messages on their server, so, they cannot help
