Rewards portal down?

Hi. I am fairly new to public mobile. Wanted to check my rewards and I get an Oops message saying the page is not available. Anyone else having this issue? April 24, 2023

The site is working. In the past, clicking on the rewards tab on the left-hand side a few times or refreshing the webpage has got the details to load.

Thanks. I had tried several times and it did not work. Decided to try a different browser and it worked fine! Cheers!
