Do we receive a billing reminder texts from 611 so we don’t forget to pay? I opt out of auto-payments because I prefer to do it manually. Thanks!

@maerom you should get a text, but for me, I think itbdoes not come sometimes. So, it is better you also setup a reminder on your phone yourself.

But a reminder, PM running on 30 days cycle, so renewal date will change after a 31 days month

@maerom I definitely wouldn't rely on the PM texts to pay your bill. I think this notifications can be kind of flakey so set up a reminder on your own calendar/phone is the safer bet.

I have not receive such SMS for a quite a while (since Jan 2023 or earlier?)

I do receive SMS with 'thank you' for payment, though.
