For example, incoming calls that are unanswered and go to voicemail appear like outgoing calls to the voicemail deposit number and do not consume minutes, and outgoing calls to toll-free numbers (ie. area code 800, 888, 877, 866, 855, 844, 833) do not consume minutes either.

The only way to reliably test if a call did or didn't consume minutes from the 100 minutes is to login to the self-serve portal and refresh your usage immediately before and after a call.
