@1Ronneysmith202 You can buy a phone thru public mobile website or go to any mobile carrier and buy one or directly to Apple Store and buy a phone there’s many options for buying a cell phone

@1Ronneysmith202 If you got it from public mobile , and it less the a year old you can take it to a Telus store or mobile klinik for warranty work if needed if it less then 30 days you can return it also thru support
