    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two Public Mobile accounts, one for my daughter, one for me. Both are linked to the same email. I thought this wouldn't be a problem because with my previous provider, accounts were linked to the cel #, NOT the email. So here's the rub: I can access my daughter's "My Account" (had to update credit card info) but not mine. May I PLEASE speak to someone so we can fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/285436"&gt;@Bixby&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you'll have to contact a CSA to add a different email address to either hers or yours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Top of this page, click Get Help / Chat with Simon to start process of CSA help. Give them as much acct info as you can&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Watch the little envelop icon top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Each account needs a unique email address...if you use gmail, you can use alias though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
