      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/281803"&gt;@joeybu88&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try this from a DESKTOP or LAPTOP device after clearing cache and cookies.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Make certain you're using the correct self-serve e-mail address, perhaps look for e-mails from Public Mobile in the e-mail account you are using to confirm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, log in to PM's self-serve site using incognito or private tab.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After the password link is sent, check spam or junk folders if not in your e-mail inbox.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That indeed is odd,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/281803"&gt;@joeybu88&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you, by chance, logging in with a device which remembers your login credentials?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If so, sometimes the system will automatically attempt to log you in after the auto-fill of credentials are populated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you tap log in while it's trying to auto-log you in, it'll deliver an error message every time.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This tends to happen on mobile for me so I just let the login processes auto-complete and it always works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
