    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought public mobile sim and i switched my old number to public mobile. My sim is activated and i can make calls. But i am unable to receive msg and same for calls can’t receive any msg and call. Why please assist me. I am iPhone user.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/285420"&gt;@uzairshahidkhan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins.&amp;nbsp; If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls, wok&amp;nbsp; then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a number to call to talk to live support,&amp;nbsp; they can re-trigger the process for you.&amp;nbsp; I will message the number to you via the Community inbox (&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;) .&amp;nbsp; Check the envelope icon on top right.&amp;nbsp; Call them and get it fixed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/285420"&gt;@uzairshahidkhan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Did you just port over recently?&amp;nbsp; I found that some ports are fast while others can take a little while.&amp;nbsp; I had 1 phone where it took 6hrs to complete the port process.&amp;nbsp; I had similar symptoms as you were outbound calls worked but inbound rang on the old provider/phone.&amp;nbsp; I'd suggest rebooting your phone to see if that makes a difference.&amp;nbsp; If you've just completed the port maybe give it a few hrs to see if the port completed.&amp;nbsp; Otherwise contact PM at the number that&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/79275"&gt;@softech&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;has provided to you to follow up with PM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
