      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it the SIM'S PUK or a SIM network Unlock PUK?&amp;nbsp; The first type can be given by a Public Mobile cusfomer support agent but the second type means that your phone is locked to another carrier.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
