      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/83468"&gt;@Lacrossemom&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; if you have&amp;nbsp; made double payment, you should see Available Fund on My Account has one of the two payments.&amp;nbsp; That would be a credit you can leave it there and PM will use it towards next renewal.&amp;nbsp; It is much easier that way&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you really want to ask for a refund, then you will have to open ticket with PM support, but it could take 2 weeks or so:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
