      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure your phone is not locked to another carrier.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's unlocked try doing a factory reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/285337"&gt;@kyleabbott31&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;did it show you any error message asking for&amp;nbsp; PUK or saying unsupported sim? or check&amp;nbsp;iPhone's About-&amp;gt;Carrier Lock to see if it showing&lt;EM&gt;"SIM locked"&lt;/EM&gt; If so, then yes, it could be a carrier lock issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you don't see such message, I would still suggest you to check the devicecheck site first to confirm&lt;/P&gt;</description>
