Looks like the US roaming is only good for 15 days. How much time before you can do another 15 days US roam add on?

To renew the same 15 day US roaming package, you normally need to wait 24 hours after the package expires. You could purchase a different US roaming package earlier.

You can contact customer service agent to renew the same package before the 24 hours.

Just to clarify what "earlier" means. When the existing add-on days goes to 0/15 then you can buy the different add-on. That's exactly 360 hours after you bought it. You could buy different data add-ons before 0/15 though.

And just to clarify what "0/15" means, @Love2travel , that's the add on counter available in your self-serve page for reference.

It'll start at 15/15 when purchased.

You can start it as soon as you want. You don't have to wait.

Customer support needs to initiate the rebuy of the same US roaming add on within 24 hour expiry of the first.

Yes – a stupid glitch, one I still don’t quite understand the logic for.
