    <description>&lt;P&gt;While roaming in Phoenix I was able to use my phone everywhere except in my Gilbert home.&amp;nbsp; Even outside my door I could get service.&amp;nbsp; I called Public, upgraded my Public service on Public's advice, called T-Mobile but unable to resolve.&amp;nbsp; I think I am due a refund on the amount I paid for roaming I did not receive.&amp;nbsp; Thanks Roger Ludwick&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Service is never guaranteed in all areas. Your service was working, so I don't think you're entitled to a refund. That said, you can try your luck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds like they erroneously suggested to get a 4G plan. Can you tell if your phone has been enabled for volte? What worked? Did you get one of the bundles or just data?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
