    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently ported my number from Fido to Public Mobile without issue. I registered my SIM on Public Mobile and then left my Fido SIM card in my phone until I received the text from Fido confirming that I wanted to port my number over. I confirmed and then received a few other text messages confirming it was successful before I inserted my Public Mobile SIM card into my phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Please log into your Self Serve account (if you're already a Public Mobile customer)&amp;nbsp; and use the change phone number option to send the request to Fido.&amp;nbsp; If you're not yet a Public Mobile customer, the number porting request can be made during the activation process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
