Why am I getting billed for data usage last two weeks in middle of night? I have no data left. Record usage shows there are 2 entries at midnight every day.

Data wasn't used in the middle of the night. The details are twice a day summaries. You need to buy more data in add-on or ask for early plan renewal.

I wasn't using nor did I need to use that much data all of a sudden.

how much data we are talking about? 250Mb from $15 plan ? or more?

any chance your OS was updating and used the data? or Apps updates?
