My friend tried to use my refer-a-friend code and was told they need the phone number as well, which she didn’t have. Can she use it retroactively?

There's no place to put in a phone number. Where did they hear that?

Yes, she can ask support to add it for her.

Send a private message to Customer Support Agent by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Then she can apply your referral code WHILE opening an account or if she already opened it, ask agent to add it manually.
