make certain Roaming Data is enabled in settings.

You can only connect to T-Mobile...no others will work with your PM roaming add-on.

added...you did get the 15 Day US Roaming add-on...right ??

US long distance add-on can't be used in US. For US roaming add-on, do you have 2G signal?

Yes , 15 day US roaming addon. Data working, not calling.

Do you know if your phone has been enabled for volte? What is the make and model? Does real sms texting work? Can you set networks to 2G?
