      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/193098"&gt;@zainreem&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;so, I guess data was working fine and just stopped working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;since PM site has some cache problem and might show you wrong info, you might want to check again &lt;STRONG&gt;using Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; to confirm if you have any data left&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if confirmed you do have data left, check if you have set up Mobile data limit on your phone if you have an Android, if it is enabled, disable it first and try&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try to change your Preferred network type or network mode to 3G in case your have some LTE issue in your area&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if nothing works still, you might want to click Reset all networks and see if it helps.&amp;nbsp; But please be aware that this will actually reset your saved wifi connections as well and you need to join them back after&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why did you buy data? After clicking those lower refresh icons did you see that you had used all of your plan data and that you had no more data add-ons?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Androids have a setting that lets you control how much data you can use. It gets confusing for here because this place is a 30 day cycle. Not monthly which is what the Android works on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
