This is normal, PM are updating your usage twice a day…around midnight and around noon.

With PM , the data entry only updated twice a day instead of keep updating throughout the day

So, any data entry you see on Usage history in fact a TOTAL usage between that timestamp and the timestamp of the previous data entry. So, no worry

HI @tcfed PM only update data twice a day, so, it is a total usage of the last 12 hours

Other than above explanations (which are very likely the case) other possibilities is apps / updates which may be occurring or you may have a hotspot set and someone is using data from your device.
